Interviewed Mar 2012 (took a day)
Typical phone interview asking about what is your strength, weakness, what would you do if...question. It lasted for about 26min. The interviewer was at novice level, so it was pretty easy. Later, someone at manager level called me for further interview without giving me a notice. So, I asked him for reschedule and that's what we did.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 3 weeks)
My first interviewed took place on campus. It was really easy with pretty basic questions. The interview was half informational and half about my background, experience, etc. In contrast to others experience, the process moved along REALLY quickly. I interviewed on Friday and received an invitation to come for a second interview on Monday afternoon. The second interview was at one of the offices with five other candidates. I interviewed with four consultants throughout the day, with a break for lunch. I took the advice of another reviewer and made a point not to be unprofessional or too open. The other consultants were nice and friendly, and I did feel like I was holding back...but I guess it was a good decision. The interviews were very easy, but I felt like the interviewers were not very prepared-most did not have a prepared list of questions and only two took notes. Overall, it was an extremely easy and fun interview process-though slightly unprepared.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Boston, MA (took 6+ weeks)
The process was very drawn out. I applied in the end of June and as not contacted until mid-August. At first I had a half hour phone interview with a recruiter. They contacted me soon after for an in-person interview. The in-person interview consisted of 3 one on one meetings. I was told not to expect to hear back for three weeks and four weeks later was called in for another interview. The second round consisted of two one on one meetings.
About a week later I was asked by an HR person for my references. These were supplied right away (they requested 4) and the references were asked to fill out an online survey that was mostly an assessment of skills. About a week after that I received a very generic, automated e-mail from HR saying sorry you did not get the job, but we will keep your resume on file...blah blah.
After going through three rounds, rounding up references and having them fill out the form, I was very insulted by the fact that I did not even receive a phone call or at least a personal email about how they came to their decision. The entire process lasted almost three month from the date of application and the interview process lasted 1.5 months. I would expect at least a more personal rejection with a little more feedback.
The interviews themselves were pleasant. Everyone seemed very friendly, intelligent, interesting and hard working. I would have probably accepted an offer if one was given. Questions were not very difficult. They focused on my background and how I would handle various situations.
I did however notice many questions about stress management. Having read some of the comments on this board maybe its a good thing I am not working there. It is definitely not a place with much work/life balance. However, the job seemed challenging and interesting. Consultant manage people, client and projects. It might have been worth it to have a very stressful job (at least for a couple of years) to gain the experience.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
It was not a very long interview, The interviewer seemed very nice and asked me some very basic questions about my background and my interest in the company. Once you can answer confidently why you want to work for PCG you should be more than fine.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 1 week)
This process consisted of two phone interviews. Questions asked were standard interview questions, nothing difficult. (Questions like tell me about yourself, what motivates you, etc.) After two interviews, I was told I would hear back of when to schedule a skype interview (I was relocating to the area). About a week later I received an email stating they are pursuing another candidate.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 days)
I applied to be a business analyst intern for PCG through my University's website. About three days after applying, I reveived a phone call from the company's HR asking for an interview. Trying to avoid being put on the spot, I pushed the interview to the following morning. During that time, I did as much research on the company as possible. The initial phone interview came the next day and the questions were very simple--by far the easiest interview I've been through. The phone call lasted about 30 minutes and I was told that I would hear back within three days.
Two hours later, I had a call back and was asked to go into the office for an in-person interview the following day. This interview was 1:1 and was more of a conversation than a traditional interview. The structure was as follows:
"Tell me about yourself"
I talked
"I'll tell you about my company"
I listened
"Any questions"
I asked the list of company questions that I had developed through my research. This was longer than the other parts of the interview combined.
Then we said our farewells and I was told that we would keep in touch.
The one question I should have asked was, "When can I expect to hear back?" Three weeks passed before I heard anything from the company--and I had found other work in the meantime. The opportunity at PCG was better than my other options so I elected to join the company, but I was confused with the late response.
I'm ranking the interview as "easy" because it was not much of an interview at all, but I was confused as to why there was no contact for so long.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took a day)
I sent my resume to a contact, who forwarded it to her boss. Then they invited me for an in-person interview. I met with 4 people at different levels of the organization.
They asked me about the experiences featured on my resume, why I wanted to work for PCG, what motivates me or inspires me, and how I manage projects and tasks.
I would recommend that you research the work of the organization and ask a lot of questions to demonstrate interest.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Okemos, MI (took 2 weeks)
Applied online- phone interview went well. Generic questions. Why do you want this, tell me about past work you've done, why are you qualified. Then 3:1 interview- 2 of them clearly were bored, and the other was a hard ass. They ask ALOT about your experience with data systems. Be prepared to go into full and utter detail. The person who phone interviewed me left out some information that I needed for the in-person interview, which made it really horrible and awkward. Despite endless research of the company, the fact that that information was not provided (the interviewer was at home with a sick baby, it was cut short) really hurt the interview.
