Interviewed May 2007 in Pittsburgh, PA (took 2 days)
Began with a short phone interview that asked specifically if I felt comfortable with supporting and calling for funds for left wing political associations as well as organizations devoted to anti-abortion, animal rights, refugees, etc. After that a one on one interview was set up with one of their managers. The interview itself was short and gave an overview of the procedures. You will also be required to do a mock call where the interviewer will pretend to be a potential donor. The overall working conditions leave A LOT to be desired however overall the people were friendly.
