Interview Details – I went to a job fair as they were offering the position for anybody, since the company was new.
They had like two rounds of interviews. then they called me again for another interview. They were interested in my sales background and my foreign language.
They just wanted a person willing to have fun at work and enjoy the sales process.
Interview Question – How would you increase sales in your team is not reaching the quota? View Answer
Negotiation Details – It was a clear process. Salary, commissions, benefits and training.

Interview Details – Applied to a Public Mobile location, was phoned later to attend a job fair, did an interview which went well, and was called back for a second interview. Did that interview as well and was told that I'd be called, lo and behold, I didn't get the job. Probably wouldn't have enjoyed working there anyway, so I guess it was all for the better.
