I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Public Storage in December 2012.
Interview Details – Applied online. Was send a declined email saying that I did not qualified for the position. 3 weeks later got a call from the district manager to come in for interview.

Interview Details – First I applied. Then I got an email from a recruiter and set up a phone interview. I passed then went on a 1 on 1 interview about a week later. Apparently you have to be super experience & proffesional to work at public storage. I didn't get the job because of my lack of experience.
