Interview Details – Hired as a part-time Fellow with one brief interview. Was not able to meet with the head of the department; they were out of the office.

Interview Question – The fellowship contained a project component; they asked how I would work with other fellows to create a business plan for a potential problem/client.   Answer Question

The process took 3 months - interviewed at Public Strategies (Texas) in May 2010.

Interview Details – Initial interview. Group interview. CFO 1:1 interview. The interview process was incredibly lengthy. It took several months. Meeting with the managers and director was very professional. The questions were relevant. Meeting with the CFO was equally professional. She was able to provide further explanation of the corporate culture.

Negotiation Details – I negotiated. The terms were rather inflexible and the process was very lengthy.
