Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
Manager and Assistant manager participated, posed initial questions regarding availability, hours and potential conflicts, followed by several inquiries relating to personality (IE: How you describe yourself, what you do in free time, why this job, what do you know about the company, etc). Overall, the interview was relaxed, took place in a public setting and felt very positive. The company itself has been great to work for. This position may be ideal for students, women re-entering the workforce, or elderly approaching retirement...it's not a demanding job, although it requires good people skills, and some interest in sales.
