I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Pure Fishing.
Interview Details – The first step of the interview process is done by phone and if you are liked then you are called in to meet with middle management of the the department and HR. This usually will consist of the department manager and two supervisors. All of the managers/supervisors must approve of the applicant in order for an offer to be made.
Questions are about experience and they ask you to give scenarios about following processes, challenging authority with new ideas, etc. A logic test of brain teasers is also given which is like a 20 minute test where you answer problems such as what shape comes next given the example, reading for comprehension, ethics and so on. What you do not know is that you are going through all these hoops for about $30k (hourly).
Interview Question – Basic questions are asked, make sure you have a good example of when you got in trouble for something and state what you learned from that experience. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – offered 30k, which is not enough
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months - interviewed at Pure Fishing.
Interview Details – First contact and interview with head hunter, second interview with International VP, 3rd interviews with local directors (finance, sales and commercial). Promised 4th interview with US VP but never happened
Interview Question – Nothing unusual, normal process but no profiling used, which surprised me. Surprising amount of background checking of previous employment Answer Question
