Drug Test, IQ Test
The company has an extensive interview process. If you get to th IQ test, more than likely upon passing you will receive an offer. The job does not require you to pass this test. It is redundant. It is a sales position disguised as customer service.

No chance of negotiation. Incoming people need an inside track to get in an office.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
