Interviewed Nov 2009 (took 2 weeks)
Pretty standard, interviewed by deputy founder who obviously doesnt have a lot of interview experience, standard interview questions which should have rang the alarm bells.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 4 days)
Stage 1: Phone Screen by HR person asking basis questions to qualify me as a candidate
Stage 2: Face-to-Face interview with HR person who doubles as a Sales Person for the company thus not entirely trained in HR. Able to answer questions on learning curve, expectations management...etc.
Stage 3: Meeting with GM who basically serves as the purporse of "putting a face to the name" of the candidate. Meet and Greet session and after which I was hired officially.
Perceptions: Both interviews were conducted around 7pm - 8pm which should have set alarm bells ringing but being a fresh grad, I didn't notice. Almost every employee was in the office at 8pm. I mentioned it to the GM when he brought me around for introductions and his comment was that everyone here works hard for the benefit of the company.

Negotiation Details
unable to negotiate on pay but they would undercut your stated expected salary. there is no proper tiering of salaries and fresh grads would always be ripped off.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
