Interview Details – The most difficult part is assessment center. it is a group interview with case study, try to work with your team. Do not just focus on yourself and ignore others, the managers will write their observations during this interview process. So do remember to work with your team.

Interview Details – I submitted application to Audit and Tax, and with no response from Audit, I received a call from Tax and meet with the Senior Manager (A group leader), and the interview was about 1 hour, quite relaxed and chatted about my education and previous experience, the reason to choose PwC and Tax. Then I had questions about tax service and career development in the future and he answered with his personal case. It was a memorable conversation and interview experience. Followed by the partner interview 1 week later, the senior manager called me in the middle saying the partner is on business trip and ask me to wait. The partner interview was delightful and she mostly talked about everything they do in Tax line of service and at the end of the interview I was offered the job smoothly. Love the feeling!

Generallty it is a very good experience and the interviewer is nice.Since it is a telephone interview and sometimes the voice is not very clear. But interviewer was very patient about that.Especially during the interview process, the converation is more like a chat rather than a interview.
