The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at PwC.
Interview Details – I applied online and was contacted the next day by a recruiter. I was given a phone screen where basic questions on my audit experience was asked. From that point I was told I would be contacted for a face to face interview with management, if selected to move forward. A few days later I received a phone call from the recruiter and a face to face interview was scheduled with a manager and a senior manager. The interview took about 2 hours to complete. I was asked questions on leadership and to give examples on when I took initiative to speak up to management on suggestions to better improve a process. I was also asked questions on my experience overseeing others work as well as where I saw myself taking my career. The rest of the interview was more towards feeling out if our personalities would mesh together, being that all of the groups projects were team based.
Interview Question – The most difficult questions were related to instances where I had someone that wasn't performing as well and how I handled that situation. They basically wanted to see if my response was still in line with keeping the best interests of the team in mind and giving staff an opportunity to improve in a certain area before adding more responsibilities. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There really wasn't any room for negotiation. The offer was firm, since I was coming from another department within PwC.
I applied through college or university - interviewed at PwC in November 2013.

Interview Details – we had several rounds of selection. First numerical and logical skills, then English test, group discussion, interview with HR and at the end interview with partner. Everything went smoothly during tests, but when i was going for a interview with a partner, I felt a bit of atmosphere in the office, which i didn't like. Everyone were so quiet, looked stressed, nervous.
Interview Question – I had a feeling that they expected me to know how the job has to be done, even tough i came for internship position. Answer Question
