I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeksinterviewed at PwC (New York, NY) in December 2014.

    Interview

Apply thorough campus recruiting, there are two rounds interview. Campus interview and on-site. Compare to other big 4 firm, the whole recruiting process is relatively the slowest. But HR really did a good job, to introduce PWC to candidates as well as to accommodate candidates.

As usual, pre-inteview nite: eating and playing group games.

This year they introduced a new measurement system to evaluate candidates. The system includes 4 or 5 aspects (sorry cannot really rmbr clearly) but I am sure it includes leadership and creativity. Nothing different with the cliche behavior questions interview but just a fancy way to do it.

Basically, the interviewers are gonna ask questions regarding the evaluation system and then give a relatively comprehensive evaluation of a candidate. I am not sure how efficiently it works but my interviewers did mention that evaluation system a lot and tried to ask me questions mainly related to one or two aspects. Again, nothing special, just prepare it as regular behavioral questions.

I like PwC a lot, the building looks nice, but busy and crowded for sure. People there are pretty calm-tempered and welcoming.

    Interview Questions

    • My interviewers listed his questions to ask, took notes, looks very organized.
