Interviewed Aug 2011 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 weeks)
I was contacted by Human Resources. She asked me a few general questions and explained the position. Then a week later, she called to set up an interview. I interviewed with 2 people. I called back for about a week to check on my status and I left messages, but no one ever called me back.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Dallas, TX (took 3 weeks)
Applied for the position on-line. Human Resources called and set an appointment with the immeidate supervisor. Since we share the office with an insurance agency and did not have our own receptionist, the receptionist for the agency took me into a room and advised I need to take a test and have 15 minutes to complete as many questions as possible. I completed about 80% of the test. The receptionist informed me that nobody has completed the test which comprised of about 80+ questions. After the test, there is a one-on-one interview and lasts about 40 minutes. The people did not say anthing to the interviewee but can see it was a casual environment. Human Resources emailed and asked candidate to take a second test but on-line. The second test is a personality-type test. There is a second interview on the phone and takes about 30 minutes. Drug and back tests are conducted. About three weeks later, Human Resources contacted me and offer a position.

Negotiation Details
I was coming out of maternity and was looking for immediate employment since the spouse's income was not sufficient for our standard of living. When Human Resources contacted me and made me an offer, I accepted the offer. If I had another offer or even if I did not have another offer, I would have asked for a day or two to think about the offer or counter the offer and have a couple days to think about it.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
