Interviewed Feb 2012 (took 1 week)
This was a two-step process. preliminary phone screening following up by an in-person interview with three people. Pretty good general focus on 1) experiences, 2) technical knowledge, and 3) your personality, how you relate to people, lead, handle tough situations. I felt that overall the process was fair and valid

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Fort Worth, TX (took a day)
The interview process went very well. She just asked me questions about my previous employment history and why I was interested in working for QBE (Balboa Insurance at the time). She made the interview process easy to get through. She did however write down every little detail about the interview.

Negotiation Details
Negotiated a contract-to-hire deal, instead of being hired on full-time after 90 days, my hire date was only 60 days after. My advice to new hires, the new managers are horrible, so be prepared for the worst and hope for the best.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
I had two phone interviews and came in for a personal interview. The Marketing Manager was late (about thirty minutes), and HR had no idea where she was. The front security desk didn't even know how to reach her. She finally showed up, and blamed HR for her being late. Nice woman, and all, but a bit over her head. I emailed her thanking her for the interview and asked when they'd make a decision. She didn't even respond yes or no, so she was a bit rude and unprofessional.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took 1 week)
It was a positive experience overall. The interviewer was very pleasant and easy to talk to. The entire call took longer than some phone interviews take. The questions were much more in depth than some. More than a simple screen. They seemed willing to provide an accurate picture of the culture and current climate.
