Interview began with an IQ/skills test that took about two hours. Following that was a short phone screen and a 2:1 interview with the customer service lead and another customer service manager.
Interviewers were very casual and respectful. Conversation centered around a perceived lack of industry experience in my resume (which was fair). I had chances to make a good case for my ability to learn.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
