Two rounds of phone interviews and each one was from the staff engineer. It is easier for someone who has a matched background to get the interview opportunity. HR recruiter reaches you first to set up an interview time for you based on your availability. If you give them more options, that would be easier for the recruiter to nail down the date and time for you.
