Interviewed Mar 2010 in San Diego, CA (took a day)
That's good interview. Both interviewers are well-prepared. They asked really fundamental but challenging questions. The interview lasted for almost two hours with the research questions also. I learned quite a lot from this interview even though I could not get the offer !
Good points: Be prepared and be ready !

Interviewed Nov 2009 in San Diego, CA (took 2+ months)
I applied for the job during the on-campus job fair while submitting my resume. Several weeks later, I got a 1:1 interview. The interviewer was the manager of the multi-media team and very friendly. My past experience and some programming questions were asked. Then, I got two subsequent phone interviews made from California, which were all technical interviews. About two weeks later, I got the offer.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in San Diego, CA (took 2 days)
Initial phone interview just asked about the basics of object oriented programming (linked lists vs arrays, etc). Second phone interview asked more about dynamic memory allocation and how to solve the problems that occur when dynamically allocating memory. Overall, all the interviewers were very polite and allowed time to answer questions even when stumbling. They didn't seem to know much about where I would be placed, so they just asked general questions about programming and computer science.

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
I was contacted via email to set up a couple of initial phone interviews. I had two phone interviews back-to-back. The first one was a bit brutal as I wasn't too prepared for it. Besides the usual discussion about items on my resume, it mainly consisted of knowledge-based questions about various things in C and C++ (inline functions, preprocessor, etc.), memory allocation, networking layers, sets and unions, and bottom-up vs top-down design. I was then hit with a couple fairly simple problem solving questions. The second interview was roughly the same, however, it started with a simple programming problem and then moved onto questions about synchronization. I came out of the two phone interviews not feeling too great but got an email for a final round phone interview roughly two weeks later.
The final round phone interview was a lot more lax. At this point, it seemed like they were more interested in placing me in the correct division than testing my knowledge and programming skills. My interviewer asked me some basic questions about data structures and that was it. From there, we discussed what kind of projects I like to work on and other "placement" type questions. The final round interview ended on a very positive note and two weeks later, I received a call from HR with an offer for a summer internship.
