Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2+ weeks)
Applied through the company's website, and received the email about the phone interview after about 1 months. The first run consisted of a phone 1:1 interview. You should have a strong math and programming skills. They first went through your resume and asked a lot of questions about your resume, then they asked some questions about elementary math and programming.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in San Diego, CA (took a day)
From the phone interview through onsite interview, I interviewed with about 8 different engineers. Questions covered fundamental topics in DSP, wireless communications, linear algebra, and even algorithms. Spent 80% of the time on the whiteboard and was also asked technical questions during lunch.
I'm not going to disclose the specific questions asked, but if you know are well-grounded in the fundamentals and have good communication skills, you will be fine.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 3 weeks)
A thoroughly disappointing experience. I wasn't offered, but I'm not sure if I'd take it anyway. I passed the phone interview like a breeze. During the one-on-one interviews, the phone interviewer barely remembered me. The HR interviewer kept rescheduling again and again and again (he was in a different city, was going to call in). Never had that HR interview ever... no offer after two weeks. Work environment appeared to be too rigid.
