I posted my resume in career builder and a recruiter called me to set an interview with the Hiring Manager. I was invited on a 1:1 interview and the interview was easy. I was offered the job and able to negotiate some relocation expemnses support

Interviewed Nov 2011 in East Hartford, CT (took 6 weeks)
Cold called by a Quest recruiter based on an online resume. Initial screening was done over the phone. Invited in for an in-person interview 3 weeks later. In-person interview consisted of department head and direct manager (team leader). Very informal with going down my resume making sure I met requirements for the position. Interview went very well and after completion of background check was given offer, which I turned down.

Reason for Declining
Although it was a positive experience interviewing, after visiting the company, I realized that the job was not a good fit for me. Additionally, even if it had been, I would prefer to work for Pratt directly rather than as a contractor with Quest.
