Interviewed Jun 2008 in West Chester, PA (took a day)
The interview did not go well, primarily because the interviewer made it very clear that someone internally was already chosen for the job, but she was interviewing me simply because she had to. i would have much rather been told this before hand, rather than wasting my time for the interview. She could have at least pretended to be interested in her questions. She made me feel very uncomfortable.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 3 months)
The interview process was very organized. The internal recruiter created a detailed schedule of interviews that lasted from 9am to 5pm. When I arrived, I was met by the recruiter who walked me through the schedule for the day. The schedule moved forward very orderly. The line of business interviews were freeform with their style. The HR executive asked the formal, standard interview questions such as "tell me about a time when you had to overcome conflict". I was surprised by how many people they brought in for the live interview process -- at least a dozen, but not on that same day.

Interviewed Feb 2007 (took 2 weeks)
First called & screened by HR, then the hiring manager, at which point they scheduled an in-person interview with HR, the hiring manager, and some members of the team.

Negotiation Details
Was not able to negotiate much, they informed me of the pay range for the position and offered me an amount at the high end of the range.
I would advise other candidates to attempt to negotiate more - they say their hands are tied but all around the company are examples of individuals who have received special arrangements. Anything is possible.
