No Offer – Interviewed in San Diego, CA Nov 2011 – Reviewed Apr 27, 2012
Interview Details – I heard about the position through a co-worker and my resume/application were submitted internally. The initial interview was with two Human Resources representatives, then I was offered a second interview with three of the executives that the position would support. The second interviews were 1-on-1 with each executive, 30-45 mins each. Basic interview questions like what is your background, what type of work do you see yourself doing a few years from now, how do you think you’d fit into the role, what are some of your skills, etc. There was some back-and-forth regarding how important Admin experience was for this position, since it is a higher level secretarial job. They did ask for references and did call them, so make sure you have good references and you give them a heads up that you are in the stages of interviewing.
Interview Question – “Given your educational and work background, do you think you would be happy in this role?” Answer Question
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks.
Overall Positive Experience
