    Interview Details

    The interview process was kind of weird at first. But about 10 minutes into it I felt a lot more relaxed than any other interview I had ever been in. The people that were doing the interview were really nice but fair. Luckily I was good enough to get the job offer and I'm so excited.

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Qualfon in September 2014.

    Interview Details

    You will submit your application, typically online, they will call you within the week to set up a group interview. At the group interview they will hire about 98% of everyone in the room regardless of their skills and ability. They don't care about quality, only quantity which is why they have such a high turnover. That same day you will fill out paper work like W2 etc. The whole process takes about 4-5 hours. After passing your drug test, you will come back to begin your orientation. Three weeks of training that is all theoretical and little applied knowledge.

    The hiring process is confusing. They sometimes would allow people to submit their resumes also in the afternoon but sometimes they don't. They change the number of exams from time to time. Actually, the staff are very kind and accomodating when you are still on the hiring area.
