I applied through an employee referral and the process took a day - interviewed at Queen Mary, University of London in May 2010.
Interview Details – Interviewed by panel of 3 senior academics plus a general manager who observed the process but did not ask any questions. Questions mainly revolved around current and planned research activities. Different panel members probed different areas of expertise, from technical to leadership and influencing skills. I was asked to give a short presentation to describe what I would bring to the University and department.
