I can't remember the details well. But the interviewer is nice.
It's group interview. First I introduced myself in English, then he asked me what I'm interested in and some programming questions.

My advice is: firstly you must be well prepared, self-introduction and something else; secondly, doing more practice, he will ask you a lot of practical problems.

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

I had a group interview that consisted of all of the key leadership in the program I was applying for. Part of the team included my subbordinate. It was a stress free interview, I felt comfortable but I also was questioned enough to ensure my skills and personality would be a good fit for the role.

Was contacted by a recruiter to gauge my interest. Was contacted again several days later to set up an interview. Had on-site interview a few days later and was offered the job about a week later. Interview mostly consisted on walking the interviewer through my resume.

The company recruit this role though the head hunter, total 3 telephone interview and one 1:1 interview made. As a Indian engineering service outsourcing company, I can not give too much comments here as they are looking for the people has the same background in this industry. The overall experience is quite OK as the interviewer as all from VP level. But not so sure how the company running the business in this region and wish they will be successful

Was contacted by HR and scheduled a one-on-one phone interview with the section head. After the interview got an email from HR that the section head was interested in me and wanted to schedule an in-person interview. In-person interview started with a presentation of my previous work and then had one-on-one's with other project managers. Took me out to lunch and that was it.

I was given an offer and deemed it too low based on market research. I countered but was told that this was the highest that could be offered. Reason being is that since this is a contract company the customer(s) hold the power to dictate really what can be offered. And the economy being the way it is all employees here are getting paid ~ 15% below median market value.
