Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2 months)
Applied online and got a call from the recruiter a day or so later. Set up a phone interview a couple of days later. Phone interview was basic, maybe two questions (strengths, weaknesses, why are you interested in the job) but mainly was to see how good you were socially. Set up a 1:1 interview for about 3 weeks later (I applied in the fall and was not going to be able to start until June so there was no rush in getting me in for an interview). Met with the same recruiter for my 1:1 interview and it was more of a conversation but asked a few more questions about the company, my resume, why you are interested, and a couple behavioral based. He told me at the end of the interview that I had moved on to the final round. Final round interview was set up a couple weeks later over winter break with a VP and Director. Probably the most intense interview I've ever had, but I think the purpose was to see how you reacted and thought on your feet which is a big part of sales. Didn't talk about the resume much, but more about feeling me out to see if I would match the position and the company culture. Had me sell them a pen on the desk, talked about my work ethic, how coachable I was to make sure that I could handle the hours that come with the position and the training. Received a phone call early the next week informing me that I had received an offer.

Interviewed May 2010 in Detroit, MI (took 1+ week)
Quickly scheduled next interviews. Each time was one on one with a person of higher position. The interviews consisted of very general questions from my resume. Other questions were about opinions, looking for you to take both sides of the position. First interview also included a staged sales call with an employee.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Detroit, MI (took 5 days)
The interview process went smoothly. First, the recruiter called me and asked me a few basic questions, such as "why do you want you work here?" Then we setup an in-person interview time. The in-person interview was like a conversation. I got along great with the recruiter. For me, the hardest part was the faux-sales call, but he told me I did well. He then offered me a second in-person interview. He found a team leader for me to interview with 2 days later. During the second and final interview, the team-leader basically just asked questions to make sure I'd fit with his teams culture, and to make sure I was serious about the job. I then had a brief meeting with the VP, and that was it. I received an offer the next day.

Recruiter was great, friendly and made me feel comfortable. The director I interviewed with only asked me 2 questions, but he must have like my answer, got the job. Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 4 days)
I was first invited for a one on one interview with the hiring representative. She asked a lot of basic interview questions like "what are your strengths, weaknesses", "what are you motivated by". I got a call the same day to come back for another interview with two of the directors as well. Didn't hear back from them in two days so assumed they didn't want me. However got a call back the third day to say i was invited for the last stage.Declined it as i had taken another offer.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
The guys i interviewed with from what i know didn't like me and went with other people. However, got a call back from the supervisor telling me this but that she still wants me back for a final interview. Very shady. I'm not a puppet.

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 1 week)
First contacted by phone and it consisted of some work experience and behavioral questions, nothing too difficult. Was invited for a 1:1 interview, which consisted of meeting the recruiter on site and doing a mock sales call. Then meet with the team leader that I would be working for. He asked about work experience and kinda feel you out to see if your willing to work long hours. Was not selected.

Interviewed May 2009 in Livonia, MI (took 2 weeks)
Everyone was very pleasant and professional... It was a 3 interview process. First, you meet with a gatekeeper. You do a basic interview and they ask you to do a faux sales call and some basic math questions. If you are asked back, you meet with a Director of Mortgage banking and then, for me, from there I actually interviewed with the Vice President.
