    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week - interviewed at Quickoffice.

    Interview Details

Phone screening, a half-day onsite with potential team members and senior developers, and a 1:1 with a member of the exec team. They moved fast and asked good questions. The phone screening was a typical screening. The half-day onsite included technical questions, personality and culture fit, creativity, and trying to understand if the candidate was someone who tried to improve their skillset based on their own ambition.

Combination of personality, background, situational questions, white board architectural scenarios. Very fair.
Turned out not to be a good fit. Dave was refreshingly up front about his hesitations. Wouldn't mind giving them a second chance down the road.
