Interview Details –
Combination of personality, background, situational questions, white board architectural scenarios. Very fair.
Turned out not to be a good fit. Dave was refreshingly up front about his hesitations. Wouldn't mind giving them a second chance down the road.
Interview Question – How would you implement X application (to include client-side, high-availability server side, details on the server farms and security, etc.) Answer Question
