Interviewed Mar 2011 (took 2 days)
We had an Aptitude Round which was quite challenging.
We had to score min 30 out of 45 q in one hour to qualify for the next round.(mass elimination was done here)
We then had an extempore speaking round.(they gave more weight to the person's body language, confidence and conviction and lesser emphasis was placed on the content)
This round was followed by an H R Round.
Then the Technical Round was scheduled after a week and they recruited a third of the people who had cleared the first 3 rounds.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and an IQ/Intelligence Test.
