Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Quintiles (Durham, NC) in September 2012.

Interview

I had a phone interview with Hiring manager and qualified for in person interview. next week i went there and meet 7 different people.very easy going and cordial environment but seems little disorganized. All interviews went well and i felt so confident about my prospects. next week they asked me to interviewed with some in England and I end up talking to her twice in same week. After that they asked me to comeback again for another in person interview with SVP. at this time they ask for my references and all the vibes from Hiring manager was positive. Two weeks passed by with no response and when i inquire about the status HR told me they found someone with more related experience.

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Quintiles in March 2009.

    Interview

It was a phone interview with manager whoc asked kind of stupid questions. She asked about my favorite food, who I want to have breakfast with, etc. There were no questions about job, experience, willigness to work, why I was looking for a new job. It was easy but very irritated
