The interview was pretty easy, it was not very clear who the boss is, there were too many managers involved in the process, and it looked like nobody really had an idea about what they want. after i left the new manager did not last very long either as of lack of people skills.
Negotiation Details
no space for negotiation, set salary so the pockets of the manager is getting filled with bonus and thats why nobody last very long, negotiation is just how cheap they can get those managers and how long they last.

You summit an application if at the time the store is hiring the owner of the store will contact you for an interview. you have a one to one interview and you will either get an offer for the position or will get a "i will contact you later" which basically means you did not get the job. be prepared to talk about yourself.

The company came looking for me. They asked me out for two different meals. Talked with the department head and the others in the department. Between the time I accepted the job and quit my current employer they changed the scope of the job. There was lots of opportunity to excel but they laid us all off a few months later. We were totally used to complete a cost reduction project then discarded.

Yes but I should have negotiated a term contract. Quiznos main office has a history of going boom and bust. Be very careful.

Was asked to come in and interview for store manager. The process was very easy but Quiznos was not willing to pay a good salary for what they were wanting out of me.
