Interviewed Aug 2009 in Bangalore (India) (took a day)
there was a 1 hr aptitude test consisting of simple quant and verbal questions. Then shortlisted ppl were called for a group discussion. And finally there was another shortlist after which the F2F interviews were conducted.

it was a written test and then followed by a technical interview with one of the tech person. then managerial round and after that HR called for interview. whole process took around 1 week

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
