Interviewed Jan 2012 in Gainesville, FL (took a day)
The interview process was with 5 to 6 top level executives from their Gainesville location. I thought the interview went well, but I guess I failed to close. I will never know, since I never received feedback.

Interviewed May 2011 (took a day)
This position was given based on my ability to type accurately and quickly. I think it was something like 50 words per minute. I was given the tying test and given about 5 tries. They took the best score. You are unable to backspace your mistakes, which was difficult. My advise is to take your time and do your best. The actual interview was easy. I was told I was the first person in 15 interviews to pass the typing test and was hired for that alone.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Wilmington, OH (took 4+ weeks)
Completed 2 phone interviews. Went in for in person panel interview. Did another phone interview after the in person. Scheduled another phone interview (stood me up on that), rescheduled it (and stood me up again). They never did get back with me.
Phone interviews not so enjoyable. Both put me on hold for a while then came back and gave me a hard time about "books". Wasn't really sure if they were trying to recruit me or harass me for applying.
In person interview was really laid back and cool. I actually injoyed the in person interview, the interviewers were pretty cool.
I got a look at the cubes and they looked pretty small (especially for this type of occupation) and all crammed together. Didn't see much natural light getting through.
They mentioned that they have a lot of work and are often overstaffed (they mentioned having a high turnover rate). That is a good thing, some companies it's the overway around.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Wilmington, OH (took 2 weeks)
Received an email asking for the typical pre-screen phone interview. Discussion was about a half hour and consisted of a quick overview of my current skill sets and experience.
Was asked a week later to come in for an in-person interview, the only one during the process. It consisted of a three person panel, two supervisors and their manager. One of the most laid back, conversational, and frankly low pressure interviews I've ever had. I've never been more comfortable or had as much instant rapport with my interviewers as I had with these guys, which was encouraging from a prospective employer standpoint since this was possibly foreshadowing a great working relationship.
Afterwards, they emailed me a test to observe my test case writing abilities, analytical mindset and attention to detail.
In general, the office and work culture appears quite casual, which is a welcome change for myself. They emphasized that they are first and foremost a trucking/shipping company - it pays the bills - and everything else is secondary. That includes QA. But IT is becoming incredibly integral to the process and bottom line, as evidenced by their department's growth and current hiring push.

Negotiation Details
I did not negotiate because the offer I was given was considered fair.
I was offered more by others, but I feel the job security and corporate culture here outweighed the short term gain and high-pressure environment of the two contractor positions.
