Interviewed Jan 2010 in Las Vegas, NV (took 4+ weeks)
I began with the department head, who interviewed me on the phone. Nearly a month later I was contacted to meet the partners. Everyone was very open about the process and where I stood. And the HR coordinator was very charming and thorough.

Negotiation Details
I simply stated what I made, and what I hoped to make, and that was met. More or less.
I know other employees have simply lied about their current salary to get a higher offer. That seemed to work.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Personality Test.
