Telephonic interview-first general than detailed and after clearing first stage than in-person interview with the hiring manager. In the phone interview i was asked few behavioral and customer service orientation questions like
How did you find this job?
Of all the banks in the area, what made you select our bank to apply to?
If I called your former boss, what do you think they would say about you?
Tell me about a situation with an angry customer that you resolved?
Tell me about your cash-handling experience?
Tell me about a situation that demonstrates you are a team player?
Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?
Why should I hire you over all the other candidates?
Why did you leave your last job?

after on-line application, get my phone interview within one week. take 30 minutes to conduct phone interview, all basic questions, long term short term goal, most difficult customer, go through my work experience, some behaviour questions, like ever have sale goals, how you achieve it? why you leave current position, and why you wanna work for us? How do you resovle difficutl situation?
