Interviewed Apr 2008 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 5 days)
Started with a phone interview with HR consultant asking about previous work experience. After passing their screening, met with the hiring manager. Some situational questions were presented. After accepting the job offer they did a background check which took a couple of days to complete before they advised me that I could resign from my current position.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
They called me a week after my online application. I had a phone interview to begin with, it was very basic, things like why I want to work there and what kind of basic programming skills I had. After a few days, I got the call to come in for an interview with the whole team. The team consisted of 6 different managers and senior associates, they grilled me hardcore but I was able to fish through.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Very comfortable interview. The two managers interviewing me asked about basic issues, my personality, difficulties and challenges I've encountered in the past and my problem solving skills. Also tested for attention to detail, ability to think critically and overall good sense of humour to fit in with a very community oriented environment. Great place to interview.

Interviewed Nov 2008 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
I felt the interviewer was fair. They asked some good questions, and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I didn't get the impression that I was going to be offered the job while the interview was going on, but once he finished asking his questions I had several and he allowed me to ask all of them. I never felt rushed, or that I was out of place. I received a very nice e-mail from the interviewer afterwards explaining that they would not be proceeding with an offer towards me. Overall, I was happy with the interview experience.
