Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 1 week)
Applied online and received a call from the recruiting department. After our initial discussion, an appointment was set with the Sales Manager for a casual phone interview. After that call, a phone appointment was set with the VP of Sales. The final interview/job offer was a one on one with the Sales Manager.

Interviewed May 2010 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 weeks)
Interviewed for a Marketing Manager position with the company. Was supposed to meet with the hiring manager but when I arrived, she'd had an emergency at home, so I sat in her office, along with someone else from the team and conducted the interview via telephone. Generally, they didn't ask much about my background, which I initially assumed was a testament to my resume. The conversation was heavily centered around the future of the company since it became public knowledge that the Royal Bank of Scotland was looking to sell of the Worldpay business to repay the UK gov't. banking loan.
Of course, this was a point of concern for me, as it should be for anyone looking for a long-term employer, but generally, the top bidders thus far don't appear to be big hitters in this space, so I feel that most corporate jobs will be OK for a while.
Anyway, the interview concluded and I never heard anything back from anyone. I sent Thank You letters to both the hiring manager and to the person from the team who sat with me through the interview. I also sent a follow up email to the HR person, who also never responded.
General Perception of the office: I come from traditionally polished organizations with nice facilities. My overall impression of the office there was of impermanence. The cubicles were VERY small as was the hiring manager's office. It just didn't promote a feeling of success. This may be due to the general geographic disconnect between the parent company in Europe, vs. this "branch" in the states, but it did make me question the company's future.
I didn't get into discussions about benefits, so I have no additional information there.
