Initial communications were great, very friendly and the company was very organized and welcoming. Make sure that you look at other real estate companies, to determine which agency will offer you the best work atmosphere for you, in terms of fees that you will have to pay, and what commissions you will have to pay, etc.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in San Antonio, TX (took a day)
The owner of the office just asked me to come in. He told me everything about the office. He told me how the do terms of leads. He also showed me all the listing that the office had. The interview was more of me interviewing him. The only question really had for me were how I intended to market myself and how much I realistically expect to make.
