Very Easy Interview
I applied through other source and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at REC Solar in June 2013.
Interview Details – Interview process was very muddled and untraditional. I was asked to come in and 'chat' with them about job possibilities. I talked to four different people and then 'chatted' with the department manager for maybe 10 minutes who then hired me later.
Interview Question – Interview process was odd. I was prepared for more challenging, probing questions but there never were any of those questions. I have hired and trained people in my career and REC is very weak in this area. It seems that their interview process needs a major tune-up. This may reduce their high turn-over. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Blase

Interview Details – The interview process is a little informal, but it will ultimately come down to whether they like you or not, regardless of your qualifications. Hiring process is slow.
