Lengthy and thourough ,it took forever for them to decide and from what I heard there wasn't to many other candidates. They used odd non standard trade terms and seem disapointed that I didn't know their specifics.
My training was 4 days of videos ,paid .

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2010 in Singapore (Singapore) (took 2 days)
On the first interview, was first explained on the job scope and requirements by the department manager. Then, asked to describe my attachment and final year project regarding what I did and the problems I faced. Pretty standard questions. Second interview was by the AVP and was asked on why I selected REC. Pleasant overall interview experience and perception of the company.
