I applied online and the process took 3 months - interviewed at RF Technologies in June 2010.
Interview Details – Initial screen from telephone interview with company recruiter, then telephone interview with VP of sales. Company then required an extensive personality/IQ testing to narrow the field of prospective applicants. As a result of the testing, applicants were invited to the company headquarters whereby you went through a panel interview and delivered a technical presentation to a group.
Interview Question – Typical "why do you want to work for xyz" Answer Question
