Interview Details –
After completing an assessment test online, the computer sends you a request to interview. You pick the time, it's a group . I'm not sure how to define what it was, it was a gathering. I was told I had the job, watched a 2 minute video, signed papers and was handed 3 shirts.
They go through people like mad so their is no real interview, as long as you don't have a felony for anything horrific and can answer a few questions, you have the job.
Interview Question – None Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was none. "You have the job just by being invited to this meeting."
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Overland Park, KS – Reviewed Apr 18, 2013
Interview Details – Interview process was easy, it was a group interview (no personal questions) and they pretty much tested you (on counting) right there and then, but this was back in 2002.
Interview Question – They just wondered when you were available to work - they were ready to train any warm bodies. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation, was a set rate of pay, but I took it cause I needed to set my own schedule at the time.
Declined Offer – Interviewed in Warner Robins, GA Jan 2013 – Reviewed Mar 21, 2013
Interview Details – The interview was in a group. They seemed like they were willing to hire any one as long as you thought you could do it. They explained the hours and the pay (both weren't good) and that for anything in a 40 mile radius from the office you used your own vehicle. The seemed to be a desperation even though they weren't offering many hours.
Interview Question – There weren't any difficult questions. It was an easy process. Answer Question
Reason for Declining – No reimbursement for driving around to different stores using your own car.

Interview Question – No questions asked Answer Question

No negotiation. You'll be starting at 8.25/h as an auditor.

No Offer – Interviewed in Lancaster, PA Feb 2013 – Reviewed Feb 20, 2013
Interview Details – Went to Lancaster, PA office for an interview one month ago. I spent 45 minutes filling out paperwork and watched a brief video about what RGIS inventory takers do. The lady didn't introduce herself and didn't ask any me questions. She said she would get back to me, which she has yet to do. I have tried calling several times and no one will answer the phone. (Maybe the place is no longer in business.) I am worried what they might do with the personal information on the paperwork I filled out and I feel like I wasted my time. I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Akron, OH Jan 2013 – Reviewed Feb 15, 2013
Interview Details – After filling out an online application, I got a call to go for an interview the next day. It was a group "interview", if you could even call it that. We watched a half hour video explaining the details of the job. The interviewer did not look at my resume, references, or any other credentials that I had brought along. After the video was over, he asked everyone, "Do you still want the job?", and just like that, I was hired
Negotiation Details – No negotiations. Pay is based on your speed and accuracy in scanning.
Declined Offer – Interviewed in New York, NY Jan 2013 – Reviewed Jan 18, 2013
Interview Details – I filled out an application, got an email to come in for a interview. The people in the office were very unprofessional, never sent me the email to start my training, I called constantly, they gave attitude and never apologized for their mistake. A waste of my time. smh
Reason for Declining – I ony wanted the job cause it was part time and im planning on going back to school shortly but the fact is that, the woman didnt apologize for not sending me the email for me to start training, i called several times within two weeks and kept getting the run around from different people. But when i finally talked to a manager today, she gave me attitude saying i would have to wait til when they will start their training again in febuary and also wait for an email from them. If you couldnt send it the first time, i know youre not gonna do it the second time so no thank you smh
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Tallahassee, FL Oct 2009 – Reviewed Jan 18, 2013
Interview Details – A friend put in a word for me so I filled out the application online. The application was fun; there was a skills section to test accuracy in counting. A week late I was called for the interview. It wasn't really an interview, the hiring manager just wanted to confirm our availability. Speaking of which, the 'interview' was with several other potential candidates.
Interview Question – No questions, just a confirmation of availability Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiating, just signed paperwork.
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Auburn Hills, MI Jun 2012 – Reviewed Jan 15, 2013

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation phase. They made an offer and I accepted it.
