Interview Details – 2 interviews with HR and an invitation for the assessment center with several presentations, dinner and exercises (facilitation, reasoning testing and presentation e.g. case, one-on-one).
Negotiation Details – All new hires normally start with the same pay, no room for a negotiation based on the previous experience.

Interview Details –
Had an initial phone screen and the following are the questions which were asked:
1. Tell me about your most recent work experience
2. How do you think an MBA will help you as a performance coach?
3. Did the employee you spoke with communicate how we operate as a company?
4. Where do you see your career going?
5. Starting salary is anchored at everyone for $107k plus benefits, is this ok with you?
6. The next steps in the process are: Group Interview including a day in the life session, group facilitation exercise, excel coaching and presentation session, 1 on 1 interviews with five different consultants and online personality and excel testing.
Fairly straightforward. Interviewer was very laid back and accommodating.
