Worst experience ever. one phone interview, one 1:1 interview with manager, one interview with potential colleague.
Very disorganized - I had to call to follow up for each step. Changed HR contact during process - they were kind but seemed to be clueless and powerless in the whole process.
No follow-ups... 6 months later, I still don't have a final answer.
After devoting a couple of hours of my precious time, a simple yes or no would have been appreciated.
Overall, very disrespectful company through the hiring process - very good indication on how they must treat their employees. And maybe it's a good thing they didn't follow-up. I've moved on and offered my expertise to a better employer. Their loss.
