Interview happend with the senior person, who is very rich in security technology and it's really wonderful experience. So, blindly accepted with the confidence of the interview and the interviewer.

I didn't negotiate (by nature I don't do) at the same time employer offered me a nice package at par with market.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, a Skills Test and a Background Check.

The HR person called and set up my interview with the Lead Archetect of a new project that was starting up.
I did all my company research ahead of time but because the project was entirely new I didn't know exactly what it was on my resume that decided I was a canidate. The interview was mostly technical questions and I beleive I did well. I think what they were looking for was C++ experience which I have but it had been a number of years since I've coded in it. In recent years I have coded exclusily in Java. The Archetect said he would contact HR and I was here back in about a week. I never heard anything, not even a "Thanks but, no Thanks" email. I of course followed up a couple weeks later and still never heard back. This isn't too uncommon but it doesn't leave people with a good feeling about the company. Oh well, it was a good practice interview.
