Interview process took more than a month, not too bad. People were generally friendly.

Applied online to the position using the indeed search engine. Received an email saying that they would like to setup a phone interview with me. Gave dates and they responded quickly with the developer name I would be talking with. The developer called up and asked 75% Technical and 25% HR questions.
