Interviewed Feb 2011 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
I was contacted by the Sr. VP of Product Development after our interaction at my Senior Design Project Review. I was asked to come in for an interview on-site after submitting my resume. While there, I interviewed with three different individuals: the Sr. VP, a project manager, and an engineer. The process lasted 3 hours, which I found impressive for a summer internship.
I was impressed by the space and the atmosphere at the company, and my first impressions turned out to be true once I began to work at Radio Flyer. It's a great place. Don't be too intimidated by the interview. Do try to bring some sort of portfolio of your work, even if it's rudimentary.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
