There is total lobbying. They just advertise on Hcareers and other job sites but have their own internal candidate. A very unfair management team. They would not even invest in training and keep the same employee in the same position for the same salary for years. There is no standardized interview system. It is purely at the discretion of the interviewer.

I sat down with the hotel manager. He explained the company's mission, policies and the nature of the position that I applied for. He then proceeded to ask me several questions to get an understanding about my background and experience.
