Interviewed Dec 2011 in Columbus, OH (took 3 weeks)
The interview process is as follows: Raising Canes will use a recruiter to locate high tier candidates. It consists of a pre-screening from the recruiter who works directly with the company. Then it is a 1 on 1 interview with the training manager at the corporate headquarters. IF that interview goes well you are then sent to the Area Manager/Leader for another 1-1 interview. Based on that interview you are offered to attend a preview shift. During this shift you actually bounce around to all the various positions and get a feel to the crew culture. You then shadow, or follow, a shift manger around for the second half of the the eight hour preview shift. After the shift you are hoping you did well and you blend in with the crew and interact well with them. Based on that you are contacted for a final 1-1 interview with the CEO of the Ohio Franchise. Based on that conversation, an offer is either extended or not extended.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Norman, OK (took 2 weeks)
Well, I went in and asked for an application. I filled it out in-store and received a call about an interview 1 week later. The interview basically consisted of if i'd be more comfortable working the counter (cashier/drive-thru) or kitchen and the responsibilities each entails. I was then scheduled for an interview with the general manager to who would make the final call. when I arrived at the set time, I met another assistant manager who informed me that GM was out that day, they rescheduled me again 3 days later where the GM hired me on the spot.

There were open interviews going on, so I went in, filled out an app, talked to the GM and she was very nice! Asked basic questions. Left feeling pretty confident, then I got a call about 2 days later with an offer. Very friendly customers and staff. Best job i've had!!
