The interview was basically no interview. The person who I met did not ask me any questions about myself and just asked if "I was interested in working at Ralphs". I signed some forms consenting to a background check and was told to call back in a few days to see if I passed the bg test, after that I was offered the job.
Negotiation Details
I was told that because of union rules I would not be able to be hired for anything other than slightly above minimum wage and would only be hired at part time which was odd because I have a college degree.

The interview consisted of a Background Check.

basic interview where I literally just walked in and sat down with the manager. Very short, just asked the basic questions about what I was doing with school and my future plans. Then immediately started going through the process of what a clerk is required to do. Fun stuff

I had previous grocery experience, so the interview was easy. The interviewer didn't ask me any questions, I just filled out the paperwork and took a saliva test. Small talk occurred.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation. The union really is extremely weak, and the entry level employees earn $8.10 an hour. After 1yr and 9mo of work you can start receiving benefits. It is not that awesome.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
