Systematic approach, sequence of events & stepwise, all hiarchies take interviews.
Did personality tests, written tests, Personal interview, Phone Interview, Refernce check was done from previuos company & superiors. Found the process quite interesting but sometimes what they promise they do not offer. There can be dissatisfaction.

A very pleasent experience. I had a telephonic round with a job consultancy after which I was shortlisted for a 1 to 1 round with the category manager of Volini. Had a 20 -30 min round where the focus was to check my basic marketing knowledge n current marketing scenarios... The overall outcome was good and I was selected for the position.

I applied online and shortly after I received an email from the recruiter stating that they would like me to come in for an interview on a specific date and asking if I would be available. Two weeks later I went in for the interview, and there were 3 others also interviewing. After meeting with a VP, and two managers, I was told I would hear from HR. Standard interview questions.
