You go there and they explain their business units and how the company works. Then they ask you about your curriculum vitae and see if your background can be fit into Yacht. Afterwards they ask your future interests and see in which one of their business units you can work in best.

They were outstandingly flexible about the timing of the interviews. First round (1:1) was fairly easy, interviewer was very nice and friendly. Second round more difficult, many behavioral questions formed on a negative way, hard to turn it around. Nice and tidy office, in general the people seemed relaxed and friendly as well.

1st-phone interview, than I was invited to their asssessment centre. It was a 7-steps assessment centre including group exercise, in-basket exercies, presentation and role play exercise. Besides group exercise I was on 121 basis with various HR people, all of them really friendly. Office and work culture seemend very nice, we all were served free lunch, all felt really comfortable. I failed since my profile didn't mach their requirements, however I was given a full info at the end of the process. I know the company isn't best when it comes to compensation, average salaries.
