I emailed them my resume because I heard about it through the career office at my school. I got a phone interview it lasted under an hour. The guy was real nice it was with the VP of recruiting. I had a personality test then I made it to the 1 on 1 and I met with about 4 different people. They all had different roles and one lady was who's old job I'd be doing. I got a email about 2 days later saying they found someone with better qualifications. But it was a good experience. Everyone including the receptionist was extremely pleasant to be around. One thing was that they didn't ask many questions that all came before the 1 on 1 was more about telling me more about the job.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.

first on the phone,,, then three in-person interviews. Alot of discussion of the role and setting realistic expectations so you understand what you are getting yourself into. Everyone was super helpful through the process.

The interviewer was a senior engineer working as project manager for them. He asked me various questions ranging from basic control eng. (like please comment on this transfer function) to c++ (please write down a code that does this.)

Interviewed Feb 2010 (took 2 months)
Recruiter found my resume on a job board. Called to set up an interview the next day. Had to take a personality and computer skills test the night before the interview. Interviewed with the recruiter with basic questions. Was told my information would be submitted to the company, Citigroup, and they would contact me further for an interview. I didn't hear back unitil a few weeks after I was told the hiring class was to start; they asked if I was still looking for employment, I said yes, and the recruiter said they would be contacting me the next week for another interview. I never heard from them. After waiting a little longer, I emailed the person I interviewed with and was told they had no further information for me at that time. I can only assume that I did not meet the qualifications of the hiring company.
